Dr. Pamela Mitchell Designated WIN Emeritus

Congratulations to Dr. Pamela H. Mitchell, PhD, RN, FAHA, FAAN, Professor Emeritus, University of Washington School of Nursing, on being named WIN Emeritus by the WIN Board of Governors. The Emeritus designation was established by the Western Council on Higher Education for Nursing (WCHEN) in 1984, and WIN has continued this honorary designation to recognize retired nurses or other individuals who have demonstrated distinguished service to WIN or to its predecessor, WCHEN. See list of WIN Emeriti. Dr. Mitchell will be recognized at WIN’s annual awards lunch that will be held during the conference in April.
