The 2026 WIN Conference will be held at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square Hotel in San Francisco, California from April 21-24.
Hilton San Francisco Union Square
333 O'Farrell Street
San Francisco, California 94102
WIN has secured a group rate of $289.00 for a single king or double room and $309.00 triple / $329.00 quad room. Rates do not include taxes or fees. The cut-off date to secure a room in WIN's room block is March 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Rooms are subject to availability.
To support WIN and its financial obligation to the Hilton, the hotel booking link will be provided on receipt of all conference registrations once registration opens in mid-December 2025. This booking method reinforces efforts to avoid a costly and sudden drop off in reservations towards the end of the room block booking window, ensuring a commitment to maintaining future low rates. Thank you for your understanding.
Rooms should be booked only through the Passkey link found on your conference registration receipt. Registration will open in December. The Hilton San Francisco Union Square and other travel partners do not contact attendees to make reservations.
San Francisco is a city well steeped in history, culture, and many, many things to do! WIN hopes this page will help with choosing how to spend your free time as well as how to get there.
TRANSPORTATION
Take advantage of BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) to get around the city including to and from San Francisco (SFO) and Oakland (OAK) International airports.
The Hilton San Francisco Union Square is 0.2 miles (less than a 10-minute walk) from the Powell St. BART Station.
Is it "BARTable"? BART also provides an informative site showcasing events around the city and how you can get to them using public transportation: BARTable

SAFETY & ASSISTANCE
If you find yourself in need of non-urgent assistance such as directions, look for San Francisco's Hospitality and Community Ambassadors.
Union Square: Throughout the day and night, Hospitality Ambassadors wear dark blue and black and are the face of Union Square to visitors and tourists. Their primary responsibility is to assist and engage tourists with a friendly smile and direct them to wherever they wish to go.
Yerba Buena: From 6am-10pm Community Guides wear bright pink and black and provide directions and recommendations to visitors, check in with businesses and residential buildings to offer clean and safe services, and report cleaning and safety issues. Guides also perform wellness checks and provide information about social services.
Other neighborhoods: From 10am-8pm San Francisco Police Department Ambassadors/Community Ambassadors are civilian, retired, sworn members who serve to supplement foot beat patrol presence in business and commercial corridors. The goal is to bridge the gap between SFPD and the community through partnerships with the Community Benefit and Business Improvement Districts to provide increased visibility to reduce crime. You will find them in the following neighborhoods: Chinatown, Union Square, Haight St, Castro/Noe Valley, West Portal, Fisherman’s Wharf, Fillmore/Japantown, Irving-Noriega, Hayes Valley, Inner Richmond, Inner Sunset, Lower Nob Hill, Marina, Mission.
